1. Eligibility
To enroll in our courses, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have explicit parental or guardian consent if under 18.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
2. Course Access
Course access is granted upon successful payment completion. For installment plans, full payment must be completed before course content access is granted. If installment payments are not made within one week of the course start date, access will be revoked until payment is received.
Course materials are provided for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. Sharing login credentials, recording sessions for redistribution, or reselling course content in any form is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments
- All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via cards, UPI, or bank transfer.
- Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless an installment plan has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
- Price changes for future cohorts do not affect students who have already enrolled at the previously advertised price.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing for future cohorts without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content — including but not limited to videos, slides, notes, code samples, projects, and assessments — is the exclusive intellectual property of OnlyAI Academy and its instructors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any course material without express written permission from OnlyAI Academy.
5. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain a respectful, collaborative environment. The following behaviours may result in immediate account suspension without refund:
- Sharing account credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals.
- Disruptive or abusive behaviour toward instructors, mentors, or fellow students.
- Any form of academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or misrepresentation of work.
- Infringement of intellectual property rights belonging to the Academy or third parties.
- Non-payment of dues as outlined in the agreed payment plan.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, salary increases, or any particular professional results as a consequence of completing our courses. While we are committed to delivering high-quality instruction, individual results will vary based on effort, prior experience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
7. Account Termination
OnlyAI Academy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be issued except as expressly required by applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnlyAI Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify enrolled students of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
