1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OnlyAI Academy's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Rules for Using the Website and Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to share your account credentials with others.
  • You agree not to use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the course content without express written permission.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access the courses.
  • You agree to complete assignments and projects in good faith and submit original work.
  • You agree to participate actively in the cohort program and follow the course schedule.
  • You agree to maintain respectful and professional conduct in all interactions with instructors and fellow students.

4. Course Access Terms

  • Course access is granted upon successful payment completion.
  • For installment payment plans, access to course content will be granted only after all installments are paid as per the agreed schedule.
  • If you fail to pay any installment within one week of the course start date, your access to course content will be revoked until payment is completed.
  • If you fail to pay the remaining installment amount as per the agreement, your access code will be rejected and you will not receive course content.
  • Course materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Recorded sessions and course materials are available for the duration specified in your enrollment package.
  • We reserve the right to modify course content, schedule, or instructors at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, code, presentations, and assessments, are the exclusive property of OnlyAI Academy and its licensors.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal educational purposes only.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or sell any course materials.
  • You may not share your account access or course materials with others.
  • Any violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.
  • Projects and assignments you create during the course remain your property, but you grant OnlyAI Academy a license to use them for promotional and educational purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • OnlyAI Academy provides educational services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or salary increases as a result of completing our courses.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
  • We are not responsible for technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or third-party service interruptions that may affect your access to course materials.
  • We are not liable for any loss of data, information, or content resulting from your use of our services.

7. Account Termination Policies

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.
  • Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
    • Sharing account credentials or course materials
    • Violation of intellectual property rights
    • Non-payment of installments as per agreement
    • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
    • Fraudulent activity
  • Upon termination, your access to all course materials will be immediately revoked.
  • No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts, except as required by law.
  • You may cancel your account at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • We accept multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
  • Payment plans must be agreed upon before course enrollment.
  • Failure to make payments as agreed may result in immediate suspension of course access.
  • All prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect already enrolled students.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
