Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: The Cohort Program has a strict no-refund policy. Once you enroll and your seat is reserved, refunds are not available as seats are limited and reserved specifically for enrolled students.

1. Payment Options

We offer three payment options for the Cohort Program:

Option 1: Full Payment

Pay the complete course fee (₹20,000) in a single payment at the time of enrollment.

Option 2: Two Installments

Pay the course fee in two equal installments as per the agreed payment schedule.

Option 3: Seat Reservation + Installments

Pay a token amount of ₹999 for seat reservation, followed by the remaining amount in installments before the course starts.

2. No Refund Policy for Cohort Program

All payments made for the Cohort Program are non-refundable, including:

  • Full payment amounts
  • Installment payments
  • Seat reservation token amount (₹999)

This policy is in place because:

  • Seats are reserved specifically for enrolled students
  • Limited cohort size ensures personalized attention and quality education
  • Refunding would result in loss of reserved seat and operational costs
  • Course materials and resources are allocated based on enrollment

3. Seat Reservation Token (₹999)

The ₹999 seat reservation token amount is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including:

  • If you decide not to join the course
  • If you are unable to pay the remaining installments
  • If you change your mind after reservation
  • If you are unable to attend the course for any reason

By paying the seat reservation token, you acknowledge and agree that this amount is non-refundable and serves as a commitment to enroll in the course.

4. Installment Payment Terms

Important Installment Payment Requirements:

  • Payment Deadline: All installments must be paid within one week of the course start date as per the agreed terms.
  • Access Restriction: If you fail to pay any installment within the specified timeframe, your access to course content will be immediately revoked.
  • Code Rejection: If you fail to pay the remaining installment amount as per the agreement, your access code will be rejected and you will not receive course content.
  • No Refunds: Even if your access is revoked due to non-payment, no refunds will be provided for amounts already paid.

5. Refund Eligibility and Timelines

No refunds are available for the Cohort Program under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances
  • Inability to attend live sessions
  • Dissatisfaction with course content (though we strive for excellence)
  • Technical issues (we will work to resolve these)
  • Job changes or relocation
  • Health issues or emergencies
  • Non-payment of installments (access revoked, but no refunds)

6. Process for Payment Issues

If you are experiencing payment difficulties or need to discuss your payment plan, please contact us immediately:

We may be able to work with you to adjust payment schedules in exceptional circumstances, but this does not change our no-refund policy.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable:

  • Full course payment (₹20,000)
  • Seat reservation token (₹999)
  • Any installment payments made
  • Processing fees (if applicable)
  • Transaction fees charged by payment processors

8. Partial Refunds

No partial refunds are available for any reason. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, even if you:

  • Complete only part of the course
  • Miss some sessions
  • Are unable to complete assignments
  • Do not receive the certificate

9. Processing Time for Refunds

As stated above, no refunds are processed for the Cohort Program. This policy is clearly stated at the time of enrollment, and by making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

10. Exceptions

The only potential exception to this policy would be if OnlyAI Academy cancels the course before it begins. In such rare circumstances, a full refund would be provided. This exception does not apply if:

  • The course is rescheduled
  • Course format changes (e.g., from live to recorded)
  • Instructor changes
  • Content modifications

11. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the Cohort Program and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. You understand that:

  • All payments are non-refundable
  • The seat reservation token (₹999) is non-refundable
  • You are committed to paying all installments as agreed
  • Failure to pay installments will result in access revocation without refund
