OnlyAI Academy ("Academy", "we", "us", or "our") is a proprietary business owned and operated by SUDULA VAMSHI ("Proprietor"). We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all Cohort Program payments. By completing any payment — whether in full or via an installment plan — you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
1. No-Refund Policy
All payments made toward the Cohort Program are non-refundable. This includes:
- Full upfront program fees.
- Individual installment payments made under a split-payment plan.
- The ₹999 seat reservation / token amount.
Refunds will not be issued regardless of the reason, including but not limited to: change of personal circumstances, inability to attend sessions, dissatisfaction with content, or technical issues attributable to the student's own device or internet connection.
2. Payment Options
We currently offer three payment structures for the Cohort Program:
- Full payment — Complete program fee of ₹20,000 paid upfront.
- Two-installment plan — Program fee split into two equal payments.
- Seat reservation + installments — A ₹999 non-refundable token to reserve your seat, followed by the remaining balance in agreed installments.
Course content access is granted only after the full program fee — or the agreed installment for the current phase — has been received.
3. Seat Reservation Fee
The ₹999 seat reservation fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including if you:
- Decide to withdraw before the program begins.
- Are unable to complete the remaining installment payments.
- Cannot attend due to personal, professional, or medical reasons.
4. Non-Payment and Access Revocation
If an installment payment is not received within the deadline specified at the time of enrollment, access to all course content will be revoked immediately. Even if your access is revoked due to non-payment, no refund will be provided for amounts already paid. Access may be restored upon receipt of the outstanding installment, subject to availability.
5. The Sole Exception
The only circumstance under which a full refund will be issued is if OnlyAI Academy cancels the cohort program entirely before it begins.
The following do not qualify for a refund:
- Changes to program schedule or session timings.
- Changes to program format (e.g., switching from in-person to online delivery).
- Changes to the instructor or guest speaker lineup.
- Minor modifications to the curriculum or syllabus.
- Postponement of the cohort start date to a future date.
6. Scheduling Concerns
If you have a conflict with your cohort's scheduled dates or timings, please contact us before making any payment. While we cannot guarantee accommodations, we will do our best to discuss available options. Contacting us after payment does not override this no-refund policy.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a payment made in accordance with these terms constitutes a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of such amounts and to permanently suspend access to all Academy programs for any individual who files an unjustified chargeback.
